3. Counter-Notice

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Dailyexist.com may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
5. Removal and Restoration of Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain such restoration.
